Thank you so much for an accommodation like what we had received. We received the apartaments instead of studio. That was a surprise (original reservation was for studio type) - for us and we were more than much happy. After an terrible trip, during this pandemia season, we were very tired but the hotel and its stuff helps us so much! The place is located just nearby the all most incredible locations. Supermarkets are 5 minutes walk. Vaporetto - 5 min as well! The perfect place for the perfect stay! The room is clean and tidy. The all stuff are friendly. The only minus - no breakfast. But if you do have an studio or an apartments - you can cook for yourself, then you can have the meal with the marvelous picturescue view outside of the window. Or, on the other hand, you can choose one of the various cafeterias around. Thank you so much for a great time! Wish to come back as soon as possible! P.S. All my family wishes you all a merry Christmas and happy new year!

Best Location in the heart of Venice. I have never believed that for reasonable price will find apartment on excellent location. It was easy to find the apartment. Close to the main street, but on quiet place. Clean and warm place.
